Reservable time

〇 Weekdays: 3 frames per day at 10:00 & 13:00 & 15:00
〇Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: 3 slots per day at 13:00, 15:00, and 17:00
➡ On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, members have priority. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

 

 

[Notes on reservations]

〇 Female only & complete reservation system (reservation on the day is not possible).
➡ The session is limited to one person (you cannot receive or bring friends or family together).

 

 〇Since November 2018, we have also used a rental salon in Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku. If you choose to rent a salon, we will provide you with the location details once payment for your in-person session has been completed.

〇 If you would like to change your reservation time (one-time only), please contact us with your desired date and time. Click here to change your reservation.

 

〇Please note that if another person makes a reservation before completing the reservation change procedure, that person will have priority.

 

〇 We do not accept multiple reservations for the purpose of changing the reservation date and time.

Irregular holidays

The sales price does not include tax.

 

〇Payment methods available: PAYPAL only. Please contact us in advance if you would like to make a transfer via Japan Post Bank.

〇Cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the reservation date, so please contact the secretariat. Cancellation charges are as follows.

　

1. Up to 7 days before the reservation time

→ full refund or transfer

 

2. From 6 days to the day before the reservation time

→ 50% will be charged as a cancellation fee.

 

3. Cancellation on the day of reservation

→ We will charge the full amount as a cancellation fee.

 

〇 If it is considered malicious (repeated cancellations without contact, frequent schedule changes, etc.), we will take legal action through the lawyer in charge.

 

〇 If the damage exceeds the cancellation fee, we will claim compensation for the damage separately from the cancellation fee.

 

〇 If 10 minutes have passed since the reservation time, it will be canceled on the day and no transfer will be made. Even if you are late, the end time will not be extended.

 

○ Due to the nature of the service, we do not accept any changes, refunds, or cancellations after the service has started.

 

〇In the case of a refund, we will transfer the money after deducting the remittance fee.

 

* If you cancel on the day without contacting us, we may refuse your next reservation.

 
For product sales: Shipping after payment is confirmed.
 
​If there is any problem with the product, we will accept returns.
We do not accept returns due to customer's convenience.
